One standout session, “Stress-Testing the Interoperability Security Blueprint,” provided guidance on building secure and reliable platforms, an area central to IJS’s mission. Another discussion, “The Future of Public Service: Navigating AI’s Impact with an Agile Approach,” explored how AI could transform case management and legal research.

The nomination recognised the project’s role in modernising justice delivery, digitising case management, and making court processes more transparent and efficient. Standing alongside initiatives such as the Information Regulator’s data programme, the CIPC Beneficial Ownership Register, and eventual category winner SALGA, Court Online’s nomination was a strong endorsement of its national impact.
